    • Is BetterFeedback really free right now?

      Yes. During our early access period, all features — including Pro and Studio — are completely free. No credit card required. We'll give you plenty of notice before paid plans kick in.

    • What happens when early access ends?

      We'll notify you well in advance. You'll be able to choose a plan that fits your needs. Early access users will get special pricing as a thank you.

    • Do I need a credit card to sign up?

      No. Sign up with just your email. Everything is free during early access — no card, no trial, no expiration.

    • What counts as a "response"?

      One completed survey submission from one user. If a user views a survey but doesn't submit, that doesn't count.

    • What's the difference between Pro and Studio?

      Pro is for teams with one product. Studio adds multi-product support and portfolio-level analytics so you can compare feedback across your entire product lineup. During early access, you get all features free.

    • Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

      Yes. During early access everything is free, so you have full access to all features. Once paid plans launch, upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of your billing period.
